Quick Breakdown

Say you get a 1000 pound beef and you want 1/2th while someone else wants the other half.  You pay the below:

25 dollars for killing(half)

500pounds x .22 for processing/cooling

110 + 25 = 135 total for processing the whole half.  Factor in the cost of the beef and you usually come to somewhere in the 2.00-2.25per pound range for the whole job.

 

Notice:  We do not sell hamburger, steaks, and etc separately.  We process by a on the hoof basis.  Meaning, you can buy a beef or hog and we process it for you.  If you have family that wants to go in half or by quarters then that can be done also.  No parts will be broken down and sold separately at this time do to law.
