All of my bolts are custom made on a Bitz Jig. Turn around time is usually 1-2 weeks depending on if I have materials in stock. As with any arrows, inserts can loosen and vanes may rip over time depending on usage. If you have any problems with the bolts you order, please email me and I will do my best to help. The most common problem I see over time are inserts pulling out. Some glues hold better than others but these bolts shouldn't have any issues. Also another common problem are vanes tearing do to shooting the same hole multiple shots, which buries the vane into the target. I use Goat tuff glue on all vanes so they shouldn't tear. But to fix this issue, you can add a drop of glue right on the tip of the vane. It will help. But still not guaranteed to stop the problem. All the arrows I make are made as if I were going to use them myself. I started doing this because I love fletching arrows and most arrows you buy come in dull colors such as brown, black, and dull green. These wraps and vanes will help you find almost any arrow.
