Prices for beef can be found on the beef link up top.  Right now we only process beef and hogs.  You can provide the beef and pay the killing and processing fee to us.  Or we can put you in contact with another local farmer who raises there own angus beef and you can purchase from them.  As of this time, we only do this during the fall months.  Since the weather is cool.  We hope to maybe one day expand all year around.  

Equipment

• all equipment is broken down after each days work and cleaned.  We strive to provide a clean working environment!

• rails are oiled down to prevent rust or anything else from falling onto the meat while its hanging.

• all equipment is RUST free

Cutting/Processing

• you can be present during the processing to let us know which cuts you want and how thick.  This way you see what you are getting.
